What a beautiful snowy day. I drove through a few white out's, I took the back roads to gramma's home. On the way there I saw a person driving their motorcycle. I also drive motorcycles and some nights its very cold. I never drove in December. This person was all bundled up so you could only see his /hers nose. Burrrrrrrr. I went to the thrift today but only got 4 books for gramma, Nancy-Jo must of went before me as she gets the coolist things. Then my hubby called and invited me to lunch. That ended my shopping and now I have only 3 minutes left before he comes home.

I didn't get to show you pictures of making laundry soap and it took me 45 minutes to get this picture where I want it. This is only 1/2 of the laundry soap. I got this jar and lid at the thrift store, It sat in my (What am I going to do with this) space. It now has a perfect spot to stay and using only 2 tablespoons per load it will be there for a while. It will also remind me of how much fun I had doing this.
Thank-you God, I thought I was losing my mind as I thought I lost my camera and I could not figure out how to get on this site to post a picture and write how my soap making went. I did make the laundry soap and I am doing my first load now. I hope I like it as I made a big batch and I plan on putting some in peanut butter jars with cute top on it and giving it as Christmas gifts. I will have a lot of time to get pb jars and to make them cute as long as I don't miss place them like I did my camera. I put it behind my grandsons car seat so it wouldn't fall out of the truck. My husband found it this morning when he took out the car seat so he would fit better in the truck. Today has started out well.

I'm lucky, My grandson is spending another night with us. We are suppose to have another snow storm. I actually hope we do, I have someone to take care of gram ma in case I get snowed in. I have plenty of milk and juice, so I'm actually hoping for a snow day. Then I may have some time to add pictures and make cookies.

Oh how I wish I knew what I was doing. I had baby G. yesterday and took him home today at 9am so I could take care of Rose a sweet lady of 95 years. Then a quick run to the thrift store. I went yesterday and should of picked up the small plastic martini glasses, 100 per box but I didn't. Then I thought if they are still there I will get them. They were still there so I got 2 boxes. Between my husband and myself we have 5 children that we hope get married in the next few years. Janice is planning July/Aug.2010. Justin is getting married June 19th 2010. I plan on filling the glasses with M+M's with their married names on them covering them with netting and a thank-you tag. If anyone has any ideas let me know. My future daughter in law says anything I want to do she will be happy with. I would not do anything first with out her approval but she is a real keeper. Does anyone have any ideas of what else I could do? If all else fails they will get filled with Jello shots and you are invited to share one or two with me.

The world as seen through a two year old.
This is the first time I managed to move a picture from one site to another. This was taken by my grandson before his nap. I'm not sure how I did this but I'm excited that I did it. It may take me forever to figure out how to blog, But I enjoy reading different blogs daily. I love all the sites I've been able to get to Thank-you Nancy-Jo You gave me the encourgement I needed to try again. In the future I hope to find the time to make my site as cute and as interesting as the ones I've seen.
